• Strawberries - This fruit contains a natural acid that will help whiten your teeth fast. You can either smash up the strawberries and use them like toothpaste or cut one in half and wipe it across your teeth for a few minutes. After finishing make sure you rinse your teeth well.

• Baking Soda – Probably the most famous home remedy for teeth whitening, is even found in expensive toothpastes that claim to whiten your teeth fast. The easiest way to use baking soda is by adding some water to it and using it just like you would toothpaste. Another trick is to blend the toothpaste with baking soda to make “baking soda paste”. Again, make sure you rinse well after using this method.

• Hydrogen Peroxide – If you’re looking for a quick how to whiten teeth method, you should trying swishing with hydrogen peroxide. Swish it around in your mouth for a few seconds, and then spit it out. Make sure you do not swallow any as it can cause stomach problems.
